About Pegasus Parts New Manufactured Bulkheads 

Pegasus Parts started this project in January 2009, aimed at giving keen enthusiasts a better choice for their restorations.

We are proud to support the British Classic Car Industry and confirm that all the fabrication, manufacture, quality control and final surface finishing takes place in South East England.

Our bulkheads are manufactured from all new parts, we do not use old parts, except in our 'Repaired Bulkhead' scheme.

Using current CAD and laser cutting technology, Pegasus Parts bulkheads (firewall/dash panel) are manufactured as close to the original design as possible, including such features as the pressed ribs in the footwells, captive nuts and cages, tool location and jig points, internal stiffeners, nut plates and many more original features.

Quality Process

Consistent high quality standards are maintained using our own in house quality system, ensuring all parts are manufactured to exacting standards and specification.

After checking fit and function on a 3D model the parts were laser cut, folded and trial fitted as part of a engineering prototype bulkhead.

With the use of modern technology and equipment, Pegasus Parts new bulkheads are more accurate and built more consistantly than the originals. This leads to the equivalent replica as it left the Rover factory many years ago...
