Post and Packing

Ensuring safe delivery of your item is very important to us and every order is packed with great care. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For' service or via a tracked courier service.

Delivery costs vary according to the weight and dimensions of your order and the shipping destination. When you add a product to the shopping basket you can check the cost of delivery by choosing the country.

Larger and heavier items will be charged according to their weight, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Heavy and/or fragile items may require shipping in two separate packages to avoid parts being damaged in transit; therefore Pegasus Parts reserve the right to contact you with a more accurate quote for delivery once the items have been packed.


Delivery

Where possible all orders placed from this website will be despatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment, unless we advise differently.

Please bear in mind that the stock listed on this website has to be updated manually and so is not 100% accurate as we sell a lot of items through eBay and by private transaction.

If the item purchased shows as 'Out of Stock' we will re-stock the item when it is purchased (assuming it is still available). A lot of Series 3 parts are starting to become obsolete.

 

Returns Information

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, you can return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or an exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please contact us with your order number for a returns form which upon receipt should be filled in and returned to us along with the parts. If the return is due to a fault with the parts you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorised.

Once you have a returns form all returns should be packaged securely and sent to us using a recorded delivery service to the following address:

A full postage refund will be issued for items returned due to fault.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days or unless advised otherwise.

 

Near enough to visit?

You are most welcome to collect your order, making a saving on shipping costs; but please let us know when you are coming, as we are primarily a Mail Order company and do not have show room facilities.

To make an appointment just contact us using the online form and we can sort out a convenient day and time.

We are open for visits most week days and Saturday mornings.
