Pegasus Parts new bulkheads for Land-Rover Series models
The look of the re-manufactured parts displayed on this website is deceiving. Behind the simple beauty of these parts are complicated and demanding manufacturing processes involving cutting-edge CAD (computer-aided-design) engineering and a variety of sheet metal cutting and fabrication processes.
Paul Halley has painstakingly mapped out the processes for each individual part. Here we are assembling the new bulkheads.
