1948 to 1953 - 80" Repair Sections
Pegasus use only the highest quality parts to produce their brand-new bulkheads. The parts are laser cut, CNC brake press folded and assembled replicating the original welding methods; quality appearance and dimensional accuracy are all to the original specification.
Being able to produce these high-quality bulkhead parts is an important feature of Pegasus.
The bulkhead build process involves using sub-assemblies, which are all assembled on several major assembly jigs, which locate key mounting points throughout the build process, professional spot welders are used to give an original appearance and adhere to the original design.
We can manufacture sub-assemblies and repair sections for most Series models.
All our repair sections will fit perfectly on original, unrestored bulkheads, and are designed for fitting by a professional restorer or an experienced enthusiast.
