Spot-welded in position to hold Door Hinge Captive Nut Plates in position.

For Upper Door Hinge Nut Plate:

• Series 2 and 2a, Type 1 to Type 7.

For Lower Door Hinge Nut Plate:

• Series 2, Type 1 only.

Please note: This simpler early type Bridge Piece is used in lieu of the later more complex pressed Type 2 Upper Door Hinge Bridge Plate.
