How to Place Your Order
If searching our site by part number it may help to put spaces in between letters and numbers, e,g. FRC1780 becomes FRC 1780.
If an item shows as 'Temporarily out of stock', it is still possible to order that item. Your order will trigger our buying department to restock that item.
We recommend you purchase the relevant hard copy version of the parts catalogue for your vehicle.
Please note that part numbers do change, but we try to refer to old or superceded part numbers where possible:

Shop On-Line or By Telephone
Although we firmly believe that the internet can offer a great shopping experience, we know that not everyone wants to complete their purchase online, so we offer a full telephone ordering service for people who want to pick up the phone and speak to a real person.
We also offer a number of payment options including major credit cards via PayZone.
Ensuring safe delivery of your item is very important to us and every order is packed with great care. All available items are shipped worldwide by Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For' or via a tracked courier service within 5 working days of ordering.
Shipping costs vary according to the weight, dimensions and the destination. When you add a product to the shopping basket you can check the cost of delivery by choosing the country.
Larger and heavier items will be charged according to their weight, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Heavy and/or fragile items may require shipping in two separate packages to avoid parts being damaged in transit; therefore Pegasus Parts reserve the right to contact you with a more accurate quote for delivery once the items have been packed.
Orders placed Friday to Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.
The estimated mail delivery time is:
- UK: 2-3 business days
- Europe (EU): 4-6 business days
- Rest of the world: 6-12 business days
The above time frames are indications only. The actual delivery time depends on the speed of the local postal services and varies from country to country. Delays may occur if parcels are held up for inspection by local custom offices (applicable to non EU residents only).
If you are located outside the European Union: Import duties, value added tax or purchase tax may or may not be charged by your country of residence. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. If you do not know how much, if any, import tax you might have to pay please check with your local tax authorities. Some countries may have restrictions on the import of certain goods or materials. Please make sure to check the importation rules of your country before placing an order.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, you can return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or an exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please contact us with your order number for a returns form which upon receipt should be filled in and returned to us along with the parts. If the return is due to a fault with the parts you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return will be authorised.
Once you have a returns form all returns should be packaged securely and sent to us using a recorded delivery service to the following address:

A full postage refund will be issued for items returned due to fault.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days or unless advised otherwise.
Near enough to visit?
You are most welcome to collect your order, making a saving on shipping costs; but please let us know when you are coming, as we are primarily a Mail Order company and do not have show room facilities.
To make an appointment just contact us using the online form and we can sort out a convenient day and time.
We are open for visits most week days and Saturday mornings.
